Privacy Policy
Effective Date:
Overview
Delos AI Inc. ("Delos," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, create or log in to an account, submit claim information, communicate with us, or use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, account login information, claim or invoice details, uploaded documents, communications with us, and any other information you choose to submit.
If you create an account or log in, we may collect account identifiers, authentication information, session data, profile information, device information, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs, timestamps, and security logs. Passwords, if used, are stored in hashed or protected form.
If you opt in to SMS messages, we collect your mobile phone number, opt-in consent record, opt-in source, opt-in date and time, messaging preferences, and records of SMS communications such as STOP, HELP, or support replies.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate our website and services, authenticate users, manage accounts, review claim submissions, evaluate whether Delos may purchase or assist with a claim, communicate about claim intake, claim purchase review, purchase offers, document requests, status updates, and support requests, improve our services, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain records, comply with law, and enforce our rights.
SMS Communications
If you provide SMS consent, Delos may send you text messages about your claim intake, claim purchase review, purchase offers, status updates, follow-up questions, document reminders, and support requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may get help by replying HELP or contacting support@delosintelligence.com.
SMS Consent and Mobile Data
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share SMS-related information only with service providers who help us deliver messages, manage consent, provide customer support, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations, and only as necessary for those purposes.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use necessary cookies to operate the website. We use Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, scrolling, clicks that open a form or voice option, and form progress, and understand how the public website is used. Form-progress events record only fixed milestones and step numbers, such as a visible form, first interaction, completed step, submission attempt or website acceptance. Website acceptance means the submission was accepted or queued, not that a claim was approved. Google Analytics receives information such as browser and device information and public page-interaction data; these data are not necessarily anonymous. We do not include form answers, field names, selected services, contact details, debtor information, invoice amounts, claim details, uploaded documents or voice-conversation contents in these analytics events. We configure this measurement for analytics rather than advertising personalization, with Google advertising consent signals denied. When our location check identifies a visitor as being in the United States, analytics is enabled by default and can be turned off at any time through Privacy Settings in our website footer. For visitors outside the United States, or when location is not established, analytics is activated only after consent.
Advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and visitor identification through RB2B are separate optional choices in Privacy Settings. Neither is activated by default. These technologies are activated only when our location check identifies a visitor as being in the United States and the visitor explicitly allows the relevant choice. If location is unknown or outside the United States, they remain off. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal keeps both advertising measurement and visitor identification off, regardless of a previously saved choice.
When you allow advertising measurement, the Meta Pixel sends a generic PageView event for eligible public website pages so we can measure visits associated with our ads. Meta receives browser and network information, such as your IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers, together with page-view information, and may use that information for advertising and other purposes described in its Privacy Policy. We do not include submitted form values, contact details, debtor information, invoice amounts, claim details or uploaded documents in these events. We do not use advanced matching or the Conversions API for this measurement.
When you allow visitor identification, RB2B and its data partners may use cookies and similar technologies to associate your website activity and device information with business or contact information they or others have about you, including your company or email address. We or service providers on our behalf may use permitted contact associations for business outreach and marketing. This choice is separate from Meta advertising measurement and from any SMS consent you provide.
You may withdraw either optional choice at any time through Privacy Settings. Withdrawing permission stops future activation on this website but does not by itself delete information already received by a provider; you may also use the provider choices below or contact us to exercise applicable rights.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly without necessary cookies.

How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers, hosting providers, analytics and visitor-identification providers, authentication providers, communications providers, professional advisors, claim review or transaction partners where necessary to evaluate or process your submission, law enforcement or regulators when required by law, and parties involved in a business transfer such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Disclosures to advertising and visitor-identification providers may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, under applicable privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. You can keep these optional technologies off or withdraw permission through Privacy Settings, use the provider choices listed above, or contact support@delosintelligence.com to request an applicable opt-out or other privacy right. The separate restrictions on SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records described above continue to apply.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate accounts, evaluate and process claims, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, vendor review, and secure data handling practices. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@delosintelligence.com. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link where available. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may change optional cookie preferences at any time through Privacy Settings in our website footer.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. You can turn off advertising measurement and visitor identification in Privacy Settings or contact support@delosintelligence.com. We treat a detected GPC signal as an opt-out of both of these technologies. Analytics has a separate preference that you can turn off in Privacy Settings. Requesting privacy choices does not prevent you from using our claim-submission services.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Sites
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
